Job Description

Person will be handling core HRBP activities.
Initiating process of annual Manpower budgeting; reviewed manpower requirements and developing Industry specific manning norms and profiles
Handle complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short- listing Profiles, Scheduling, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups.
Experience in handling a Team
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Planning and identifying key areas of HR intervention
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
Reviewing Policies and procedures relating to talent acquisition, Career progression.
Revising, implementing and monitoring policies on recruitment and career growth, Performance assessment, and employee wellbeing.
Proactively build a strong pool of "A-Level" talent through networking and social media.
Responsible for planning and assigning work to team members
Acts as a first point of escalation with internal clients
Responsible for quality, improvements, SLA for area of responsibility.
Responsible for Reporting / Analysis of key metrics
Handle a team of 4-6 HR professionals.
Align individual and team performance with shared services operations performance objectives.
