Directly responsible for E&I support services in DRI
Shall Execute/ Supervise all the Predictive/ Preventive /Breakdown maintenance
during the Shift
Shall prepare the Shift reports/ Log Book and Communicate to I/C /HOD
Shall work on following Automation Systems Honeywell DCS-C-300 /Honeywell PLC- ML -200R/ Rs Logix 500/ Siemens S7-400 etc.
Shall Work on/ Supervise the job activities on following field Instruments Flow Transmitter/Pressure Transmitter/ Temperature Transmitter / Control valves/Load cell /controller etc.
Shall work on/ Supervise the job activities on following Electrical Power system/ 6.6kV HT /415V PCC/MCC
Shall work on / Supervise the job activities on HT / LT Motors, Transformers etc.
Shall be involved in Spare/Inventory management for E&I Dept
Provide Support to the members of Operation / Electrical/Mechanical team as per need during Predictive/ Preventive /Breakdown maintenance.
Ensure the Implementation Fire and Safety / Environment policy of JSPL at Shop Floor
Shall Suggest operational improvements in the process, based on his/her experience and Knowledge.
Any other job/assignment provided by management.
Optimize the availability electrical and automation system for operation
Maintenance of power/automation system / filed instruments
Maintenance of Safety Index.
Training and development of subordinates/shift engineers.
Candidate Should have Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation /
Experience in DRI process / Diploma 5 Year+/ Bachelor degree 3Year+
Candidate should be able to understand the Technical/Electrical drawings and SOPs of DRI
Candidate possess the knowledge in automation/ Instrument/electrical system
Candidate should be proactive Team Member / Good Communicator
Having Basic Computer Knowledge to work in Microsoft excel/word/SAP would be added advantage
