Roles and responsibilities 

1 Deep functional expertise in SAP HCM modules and also basic understanding of other core modules
2 Experienced as SAP Consultant in different sub modules SAP HCM (PA ,OM,Payroll,TM & PMS).
3 Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/ process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HR Payroll module
4 Expertise in using SAP IMG for HR Process configuration
5 Demonstrated proficiency of working in a challenging and demanding support environment
6 Experience of SAP design and configuration
7 Customer Requirement Documents, Business Blue Print Creation, Function Specifications, Configuration Document, Test Plan and Test Script.
8 Excellent Trouble shooting and debugging skills
9 Strong cross-functional integration experience
10 Excellent understanding of data migration concepts.
11 Good Communication & Problem Solving Skills
12 Supported post GoLive for key HR issues and enhancements
13 Upgrade and Implementation projects.
14 Strong business proccess knowledge
15 Analysis of business requirements
16 Ability to identify As-is processes and To-be processes
17 Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
18 Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required.
19 Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.
20 Provide trainings as requested by Business in SAP HCM module /ESS/MSS
21 ability to rapidly pick-up new technologies, propositions and business areas.
22 Can take ownership of sub-plans for specific functional requirement and can plan own time to ensure project milestones are met.
23 Defining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements.
24 Restrict roles & Authorizations.
25 Mapping and GAP analysis is done for each Sub module in SAP HCM
26 Understanding of Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge management processes
27 Raise ticked through Solution manager SAP Product
28 Giving support, advice and training to junior data analysts.

Required Candidate profile

Candidates with suitable work experinece of 3-5 years in SAP HR Module any manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.
Should be comfertable to stay in Raigarh plant.
