Job Description

Providing overall legal, regulatory, compliance, IPR related advice to the Group of companies which are owned and controlled by the Group.
Advising on Trademark and other IPR related matters of the Group.
Drafting and vetting commercial agreements, including service agreements, distribution agreements, lease agreement, shareholder and share subscription agreement, and Investor Relation contracts.
Assisting in company's strategic transactions, including M&As, divestitures and strategic alliances, including assistance in due diligence reviews.
Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company policies.
Handling on daily basis a broad range of legal matters including but not limited to: corporate governance, joint venture projects, establishing new policies and regulatory issues.
Managing relationships with external legal counsels engaged by the Company and driving for cost effective means for delivering high quality legal services supporting the Legal Department in achieving this aim.
Corporate compliance relating to setting up of new industrial units, Registrar of company search and drafting of commercial agreements
Versatile in handling civil & criminal laws.
Exceptional contracts' drafting and negotiations experience, with ability to provide innovative legal solutions in a fast moving industry
